Aspect 4 News Update

It’s been over 3 months since we provided an update on our blog – not because we haven’t anything to report but because we have been so busy we have not been able to find the time to say it.

On a national basis, we have seen a positive shift in the market over the last twelve months and now with the election over we are hopeful confidence in the industry will continue to grow at a sustainable rate.

As an office, we have recently seen two of our oldest projects start on site – a Medical Centre in Pudsey and an executive family house and barn refurbishment just outside of York. We have also seen a fantastically diverse and challenging spread in our projects from Silage Clamps to New Housing Developments; New Build Health Centres to Refurbishment of Heritage Retail Buildings; Manufacturing Units to Animal Management Centres; and high rise Student Accommodation to City Centre Retail Maintenance Commissions.

In addition to all our project work, we have also witnessed an increase in our professional services, in particular Expert Witness, QS Consultancy and production of bills of quantities for national Contractors.

During the last few months we have been busy recruiting and developing our team and looking at new sectors and business opportunities, including progressing our BIM measuring software (Cost X).

More specific information on our projects will follow over the forthcoming months via our Social Media outlets.
